Required for our platform to do risk analysis.
The risk information XML supports multiple combinations of risk-data elements, including channel-based transactions, multiple delivery types, and authentication. Although this does not include examples for all possible combinations of risk-data elements, it does include the information required to create a complete risk information XML. The RiskInformation element contains the data elements that are critical to real-time risk assessment.
This section provides information for software developers and architects who will be implementing, testing, and validating the risk information XML that is required when calling the ChargePaymentRequest, ChargePaymentFraudRequest, and ValidateAccountNumber APIs.
It is recommended to download the XSD file and sample XML file by right clicking the links and selecting Save As. To download a sortable version of the XML, click here.
Important: We strongly encourage our merchants to provide as much information as possible in the risk information XML to drive higher acceptance rates and lower fraud loss.
